By accessing or using the Elevated Sports platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elevated Sports Inc. ("Elevated Sports," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on the Platform. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for the following purposes:

• Organizing and managing basketball tournaments, leagues, and events
• Registering teams and players for events
• Viewing schedules, scores, standings, and rankings
• Communicating with event organizers, coaches, and participants
• Accessing training resources and player development content

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation
• Submit false or misleading team, player, or score information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without permission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others

6. Event Registration and Payments

When you register for an event through the Platform, you agree to the specific terms and pricing for that event as set by the event organizer. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Refund Policy: Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. Please review the refund policy for each event before registering. Elevated Sports is not responsible for refund disputes between participants and event organizers.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Elevated Sports and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to the Platform (including team information, photos, scores, and statistics), you grant Elevated Sports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform and its promotion.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevated Sports and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevated Sports and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page for instructions and details on what is removed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
