Common pricing questions.

Do you take a percentage of my entry fees?
No. Teams cover Stripe's processing fee at checkout, and you keep 100% of the entry amount. Our per-team platform fee ($0.50–$0.75 depending on plan) is charged only when you click 'Start Event' — never automatically deducted from a team's payment.
What happens if I cancel my plan mid-month?
Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds; no surprise charges either. You can downgrade to Starter at any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (with pro-rated billing). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time from the Billing tab in your dashboard.
What if I run more events than my plan allows?
We'll prompt you to upgrade when you hit your event limit. You can either upgrade or wait until next month's billing period.
How does the Instant Payout fee work?
Stripe charges 1% of the gross payout amount and the rest hits your account in minutes. The fee is shown clearly before you confirm — there are no hidden costs.
Do I need to set up Stripe Connect?
Yes — Stripe Connect Express is required to receive payouts. Setup is a 5-minute flow from your Billing tab. Once verified, payouts unlock automatically.
Are mobile app subscriptions required?
No. Coaches, players, recruiters, referees, and fans use the mobile app for free. Pro and Elite are optional upgrades for trainers and media professionals building a brand.
