How do I register my team for a tournament?
Visit the tournament page and click the "Register" button. You'll need to create an account or sign in, then follow the steps to add your team details and complete payment.
How do I view the schedule for my tournament?
Once a tournament schedule is published, you can view it on the tournament page under the "Schedule" tab. You'll see game times, court assignments, and matchups for your team.
Can I update my team roster after registering?
Yes, team coaches and administrators can update their roster up until the roster lock deadline set by the tournament organizer. Navigate to your team profile to make changes.
How are standings and rankings calculated?
Pool play standings are determined by win-loss record, with tiebreakers applied as specified by the tournament format (head-to-head, point differential, etc.). Rankings are updated after each event based on team performance.
What happens if a game is rescheduled or canceled?
The tournament organizer will update the schedule on the Platform. If you have notifications enabled, you'll receive an alert about any changes to your game times.
How do I access live scores during an event?
Live scores are available on the tournament page under the "Scores" tab. Scores are updated in real-time by scorekeepers at each court.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Sign In" and then "Forgot Password." Enter the email associated with your account and we'll send you a reset link.
I'm a tournament organizer. How do I create an event?
Contact us at support@elavatedsolutions.com to set up an organizer account. Once approved, you'll have access to the dashboard where you can create events, set up divisions, and manage registrations.
What is the refund policy for tournament registration?
Refund policies are set by individual tournament organizers and are displayed on each event's registration page. Please review the policy before completing your registration. For disputes, contact the tournament organizer directly or reach out to us for assistance.
How do I report an issue or incorrect score?
Contact the tournament organizer through the event page, or email us at support@elavatedsolutions.com with the event name, game details, and the issue you encountered.
How do I delete my account and associated data?
Visit our Account Deletion page at /account-deletion for step-by-step instructions. You can request deletion in-app from Dashboard → Account → Security, or by emailing support@elavatedsolutions.com. The page also explains what data is removed, what we're legally required to retain, and the timeline.
